March Meetings

March 14 - Saturday, 7:00 p.m. @ Academic Solutions - The Narnia Code!
We asked Michael Ward what would be a good thing to do before his lecture at UTC next week, and he suggested viewing the Narnia Code.  Aaron has arranged for a viewing at the above date and time.  Academic Solutions is located at 252 Signal Mtn. Road, 37405; it's near the intersections of HWY 27, Signal Mtn. Rd. and Pineville; close to the entrance to Baylor School.  This is a great film that every C. S. Lewis fan will love.  Come even if you've seen it before; you'll love watching it again.

17 March, Tues., 7:30 p.m.
The Annual UTC CS Lewis Lecture with Michael Ward, author of Planet Narnia.
Topic: “Planet Narnia: C.S. Lewis on Medieval Cosmology and Christian Imagination”
At the Fine Arts Center, Roland Hayes Auditorium - Free Admission

20 March, Friday, 7:00 p.m. - at ReCreate Cafe: Charlie Starr
Join us as we host a very special guest, Charlie Starr, who will present a talk on what could be C.S. Lewis's very first short story! We will explore the history of this fascinating piece of "lost" Lewis literature and how it came to be discovered and finally published. We will also have the privilege of being among the first to hear his talk on how he has been able to assign dates to some of Lewis's writings that no one else has been able to based on the handwriting of the manuscripts. It's going to be great! There will also be an opportunity to purchase Charlie's book on his research which contains the "Light" manuscript!
ReCreate Cafe Arts is located at 800 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37403

28 March, Saturday, 7:00 p.m. - at ReCreate Cafe: Ransom Trilogy, Part 3
